- Turn on the OPPO Reno by the power button.
- Connect to any Wi-Fi network and then back to the first screen with language to select.
- Next, choose the emergency call button.
- Here write code *#813# and wait until seeing a new pop up screen or main home screen.
- Scroll down notification menu and choose settings menu button.
- Go to additional settings option and choose it.
- In this step choose back up and reset option.
- Then press reset to factory settings option.
- Finally, select erase all content and settings.
