Current Scenario of Agricultural Courses in India
Agriculture education in the Republic of India, like other professional courses, has not yet been featured with a middle level educational system. The different institutes located all over the Indian Republic conducts a number of examinations related to this field. The most popular among them are the entrance level examinations, which are conducted by the agricultural colleges in India during the time of admission of students to any of their courses. The nature and type of the examinations vary from one course to another though. The Indian Council of Agricultural Research or the I.C.A.R that is based in the city of New Delhi is responsible for conducting the A.I.A.E.E or the All India Agriculture Entrance Examination for agriculture courses.
